ALL PSYCHIC READINGS AND CONSULTATIONS ARE PROVIDED AS ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES
ONLY.
The content of any reading or consultation does not constitute personal, legal, financial, medical, or
professional advice. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:
• We do not provide recommendations, advice, or directions for you to follow.
• Any personal opinions offered by a psychic reader (“Reader”) are for entertainment purposes only
and do not constitute professional guidance.
• Prohibited Topics: Readers are strictly prohibited from discussing, advising on, or diagnosing
matters related to:

5. SERVICE CONNECTION AND CALLBACK PROCEDURE
To access services, users must select a Reader and enter the Reader’s specific PIN number. Upon
completion of a secure payment, the call will be connected.
If a Reader is busy, the user will be placed in a queue. Once the Reader’s unique PIN number has
been entered and the queue spot secured, the user will receive a callback as soon as the Reader becomes available.

6. CHARGES AND PAYMENTS
All charges for our services will be displayed to you before you place an order. By purchasing any service, you authorise Novi Dan Ltd (or our third-party payment processor) to take payment using your
chosen payment method and you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
Prices, features, and availability may be changed by Novi Dan Ltd at any time, however any changes
will not affect orders already paid for (unless otherwise required by law). You are responsible for ensuring that your billing details are accurate and up to date.
Where a payment is disputed, reversed, or charged back, we reserve the right to suspend access to
the relevant service while the matter is investigated. If a chargeback is found to be unfounded or initiated in breach of these Terms, we may charge an administration fee to reflect our reasonable costs of
dealing with the dispute and/or chargeback (where permitted by law).

7. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law and, where permitted, are otherwise granted
at the sole discretion of Novi Dan Ltd.
Unless we determine otherwise in exceptional circumstances, any approved refund will be issued as
account credit rather than a return of funds to the original payment method. We may refuse a refund
request where we reasonably believe the request is abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these
Terms.

8. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Novi Dan Ltd may, acting reasonably, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site and/or
any service (in whole or in part), immediately and without prior notice where:
• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable policy;
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorised activity;
• Your use of the Site or services causes, or is likely to cause, harm, disruption, or risk to the Site, the
Service, Novi Dan Ltd, our Readers, payment providers, or other users; or
• We are required to do so to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or a request from
a competent authority.
Where practicable, we may provide you with notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach. Termination or suspension may result in loss of access to services and any associated content or credits, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• our services (including any readings) are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis; and
• we do not discuss medical, legal, pregnancy, or financial matters, and nothing on the Site or provided during a reading constitutes medical, legal, pregnancy-related, or financial advice.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:
